Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers on a given day, at various times of year or in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. We regret that contacting you to discuss needed substitutions is not possible; please place your order directly by telephone if you feel it imperative to discuss this aspect of your order.
Delivery Policy
A local delivery fee will be added to each order and will vary according to zip code. (For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
We do NOT deliver to the cities of Katy, Richmond, Magnolia, Spring, Conroe, Pearland, Alvin, Kingwood, or the Woodlands. Orders placed for these areas and other nonlocal deliveries will be sent by a member of our staff to a local florist that we speak to and trust to take care of your order.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day

We also deliver to Cypress, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, and Pasadena; however, deliveries to these areas carry a higher delivery charge and orders need to be placed at least one day in advance of delivery date.
